Will S Janzen

Will S. Janzen of Bassano, Alberta, passed away peacefully in Brooks on February 23, 2026 surrounded by his family. He had a wonderful 47 years of life filled with family and friends. He loved farm life, baking, cooking, and growing gardens. He grew up in the Rosemary area with his parents, Ed & Mirjam, sister Maybelle, and brother John. Grandparents, uncles and aunts, and cousins were always around.

Will spent time in Switzerland after high school, seeing and learning about his mom's heritage. He spent over 2 decades being everyone's favourite face at Safeway in Brooks. Will spent many years competing in swimming and bowling with the Special Olympics. He had a faith that was as strong as could be.
His smile, laugh, and gentle demeanor will be missed by all.
