Todd Lintott Obituary

It is bittersweet that Todd was called home swiftly to be with Jesus and his late family on January 28, 2025. It appeared that Todd was doing the things he loved up to the moment of his passing. Todd was a gentle, giving, intelligent and eccentric man who followed his own path in life, unconstrained to patterns of this world. Todd worked most of his life at Lakeside, professing that he never wanted a promotion; instead he liked the simple tasks so he could meditate on things and listen with his hidden earbuds at work. For the last few years he was off work doing things that he loved. Todd was quite crafty and musical. He was a skilled, self-taught clarinet and piano player. He taught himself Spanish. He liked to model beads out of clay and build furniture from scrap wood and steel. His living space was filled with trinkets and toys coloured with jade and crimson colours. His bookshelf was adorned with books about the renaissance, Shakespeare, the world wars, and Iron Man. Two weeks before his passing he excitedly announced to his close family he would move into his camper on January 28th to live a simple life with his cats, nature and his crafting; it is ironic that God called him home that very same day instead. Todd did not fear death; he was confident that Jesus would escort him home one day. Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing, and perfect will." Todd was predeceased by his parents, father, Nelson (Rosa) Lintott and mother, Lori (Pat) Shepherd. He leaves behind his brother Scott Lintott (Crystal) and their children Saffron and Lexus; step-brothers Shane Shepherd, Larry Shepherd, Ray Fleury, and Rob Fleury and their families; step-sisters Lorrie Kristianson, Leona Petrick, Chris Kaughman, and their families. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
