Taylor Rabbit Carrier Obituary

Today we celebrate Taylor’s life, a father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Taylor was called home on November 2, 2022, exactly 40 years to the day after his grandfather the late Kenneth Joseph Rabbit Carrier. Taylor will be welcomed by his brother and best friend the late Reyd Rabbit Carrer and his love the late Sky Wesley.

Taylor grew up on the Siksika Nation.  He attended Chief Old Sun Elementary, Central Bow Valley and Strathmore High School.  Also receiving his security certificate from SAIT. Taylor was known for his infectious smile, his humour, kindness, compassionate and gentle ways.  He had a fondness for cooking and often showed off his culinary skills at various restaurants within Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff, Strathmore, Calgary and lastly with Siksika Subway. Taylor had a love and passion for music, especially playing the guitar, which he was self taught.  His family was actively involved in sports and from a young age, Taylor excelled in hockey, baseball and golf.  He especially enjoyed gaming with his brothers the late Reyd and Brandon. He was also a huge fan of the Calgary Flames and wore his jersey proudly.

Taylor had a special love for his only son, Myles. Their bond was so strong that when they were together nothing else mattered. He was a loving and proud father, spending as much quality time whenever he had a chance with his son. He was also close with his grandmothers Ina Maguire, the late Priscilla Three Suns and Jaylene Rides at the Door, as well as his uncle Buck Breaker whom often checked in on Taylor from time to time to ensure he was safe.

Taylor will be lovingly remembered by his moms, Tanya and Rayvon Rabbit Carrier, dad Conrad Good Eagle, biological dad Mick Breaker (Kennedy). Siblings: Jacinta, Brandon, Courtney, Chandler, Tamaya, Aryana, Toni, Kassie, Lillian, Samantha, Billie-Rose, Gracie, Kayci-lynn and Andrew. Taylor came from very large families including, Rabbit Carriers, Maguires, Breakers, Solways and extended families.  He also had numerous friends, too many to mention. The family apologizes for any family they may have missed.

The family would like to thank Siksika Fire and EMS.
