Sydney McMaster

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear dad, grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend. Sidney McMaster passed away on June 28th, 2023, in Calgary, Ab.
Sid always valued his friends and family and was always willing to give a helping hand, even to those who never asked. He had many different hobbies, including horses, artwork, and traditional dancing. He was very compassionate about his artwork, and always displayed his connection to his culture by making dreamcatchers, shields, and beadwork. He loved gift giving and always shared his creations with his loved ones.
Sidney leaves behind his Children Audra(Leonard) and Charles Bearhat; Grandchildren, Maleah, Kyfer, Lakayis, Charles, Shickelle, Casting, Charloze, Charlize, Chalaya, Kelly, and Dreyton; Siblings, Wesley McMaster, Harvey Peace Maker, Sharon McMaster, Jennifer Red Crow(Warren) and Karry McMaster.
Also his special companion Amanda Many Heads.
Sidney had a lot of extended family and friends who he also considered brothers and sisters.
He is predeceased by his parents Leslie McMaster and Audrey Stimson, Daughter Melanie Bearhat, Siblings Shirley Stimson, Randy McMaster, Rex McMaster, and Lee McMaster.
