Stanley Three Suns Obituary

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of Stanley Three Suns. Stanley aka “Garfield” was born on January 13, 1965 to Pius and Margaret Three Suns.
In his younger years, Stanley attended Crowfoot School on Siksika and later attended PICSS in Calgary.
Stanley's past jobs included being a firefighter for the Alberta Wildfire Crew, gas jockey on Piikaani Nation, handyman at a hotel in Pincher Creek, and Security Guard at the Calgary Stampede Indian Village. He also gained some work experience at Siksika Public Works through a program he took.
Stanley enjoyed playing hand games and listening to music, especially powwow and old rock. He also enjoyed watching Price is Right and his home renovation shows. Stanley was an avid Calgary Flames fan and always made sure he never missed a game. He had a great love for animals especially dogs, as he was always known to have a pet dog throughout his lifetime.
Through Stans kind and generous heart, he acquired many friends. Many from spending time down south in Piikaani, travelling the hand game trail, and throughout his employment opportunities.
Garfield will be remembered for his kind, generous and loving heart, and his shy sense of humour. Stanley carried on the strength and humility of his father Pius and the kind and humble heart of his mother Margaret. They have now been reunited.
