Sasha Wolf Child-Sanderson “Siipiyanatohkomi” June 12, 1990 – October 18, 2024

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, Mother, daughter, sister, cousin and friend Sasha Wolf Child-Sanderson. Sasha was born on June 12, 1990 in Calgary, Alberta. On October 18, 2024, Sasha was called home to be with the Lord at the age of 34 years old, peacefully by her loved ones. Sasha loved to travel the powwow trail, dancing ladies traditional, she also was the Siksika Nation High School princess in 2004. Sasha was known for her beautiful voice, she loved to sing anywhere and anytime, especially country gospel. Sasha worked as a Home Maker at the Siksika Elders Lodge.
She was survived by her husband Brent Breaker and her children; mother, Mary Wolf Child; Mother-in-law, Sandy Scalplock; Brother-in-law, Brennan Breaker; and her adopted mom, Clara Hardy; Great Great Aunties; Rena Sinclair, Mertle Black Rider, and Rachel First Ride, Pashence, Uriah Kenzo, Keslin, her siblings; Erin, Angel, Amanda, Tyson, Leslie, Justice, Tenille, Aunties & Uncles; Clara Hardy, Patricia Wolf Child, Dora (Marcel) Wolf Child, Dean (Vivian) Wolf Child, Carolla (Henry) Red Crow, Eddie (Joset) Wolf Child, Tony Wolf Child, Darryl Wolfchild, Tyler Young. Sanderson Uncle & Aunties; Robert (Delphine) Belegard, Noel (Audrey) Belegard, Margaret (Randy) Thomas, Linda (Phil) Harvey, James Sanderson, Donald Sanderson, Perry “Joe” Sanderson, Pamela Sanderson, Beverly (Ken) Sanderson, Carl Sanderson, Murray (Vera) Thomas. God Siblings; Katie Gossfeld, Jonathan Wolf Child, Kimberly Hardy-Low Horn, and Jeanille Hardy. Adopted siblings; Colin Bird, Joe Pitras, Lindsey Spring Chief, Emmit Maquire, Lindsey Sanoffsky, Brianna Branton, Courtney Bear, Shawna Bull Bear and nephew Brian Breaker.
She is now reunited with her father Jerry Sanderson, Adopted dad John Hardy, stepdad Rudy Breaker,Maternal grandparents, Edward and Bernice Wolf Child, Paternal grandparents Leslie and Marina Sanderson.
