Ross William Poor Eagle

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved, Ross William Poor Eagle J.R., he was born on Jan 09, 1992 - Dec 04, 2024 due to heart problems. He is the son of Everett Ross Poor Eagle (stepmom Esther) and his late loving mother Rosemarie Poor Eagle (Rider). He was born at the Black Diamond Oilfields Hospital as a New Years baby. Ross was a student at the old Crowfoot School as well as the Siksika Nation High School. At the age of 9 years old, he was a member of The Bee Society. In 2018 he worked for the Siksika Public Works, due to health problems he stopped working and became a full-time parent with his wife to raise their children. He had a tremendous love for his family and friends, he had a kind soft voice with integrity and well-mannered young man. He welcomed anyone who crossed his path.

Ross is survived by his devoted wife Lacey of 12 years and his children: Clevon, Bryson, Anna Roze, Dante, Lucas, Isabella, Carson, Elijah & Hunter.

Betty Poor Eagle (Mills) who was his biggest supporter since he was a boy, (Late Grandpa) William Mills, (Other grama) Joan Poor Eagle (Lawrence), Douglas and Beverley Poor Eagle, Rosemarie Poor Eagle, Elizabeth Bearshirt, and Bernard Bear Shirt.

Survived by his Siblings:
