Ms. Renalda Eve (Yellow Old Woman) Yellow Old Woman

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful Rennie, the eldest of Eve Yellow Old Woman’s Grandchildren, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the age of 51.

In her younger years, she attended Bald Eagle and earned her title as Private Renalda Yellow Old Woman. She also attended Clearfield Job Crops in Clearfield, Utah, Old Sun Community College, and Mount Royal University where she received many Honor Roll awards. She was a math-whiz. She had an infectious laugh that filled the room and a smile that would warm your heart on even the most difficult days. She had a keen eye for fashion, and was well known for her high stilettoes and red hair. Craig called her My Red-Hot Biker Mama Modeling Chick. Rennie was also a huge animal lover and had a special place in her heart for her Fur Babies and Grand Fur Babies. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to mourn her daughters Antonia, Diamond, her Pride and Joy Grandson King James. Her spouse Craig Rothwell. Brothers, James (Jennifer), Jerry, David Yellow Old Woman, Grandmother Eve Yellow Old Woman. Maternal aunts Jeanie, Flora, Evangline, Sena. Uncles, Robert, Calvert (Wilda), Herman (Michelle). Paternal Uncles Nelson and Randy Klyne, Great Uncle and Aunt Vincent and Vicki YOW, Sylvia Yellow Old Woman. She was adopted into the Wolfleg Family by Agar and the Late Fran Wolfleg who she took as parents and also Ms. Roberta Flowers and her son Chico. She was predeceased by her parents Leonard Sr. and Delphine Klyne, Son BJ Carney, brother Leonard Jr., Aunt Judy Ann Brass, Uncles Charlie Wayne Davidson, Melvin Yellow Old Woman, and she missed her uncle, Fredrick Yellow Old Woman, who went missing June 14, 2011. She is reunited with her sisters, Cheeks, Charmaine, Nicole, and “B” who was BJ’s father. She leaves behind to mourn numerous friends and Relatives throughout Blackfoot Country.
Special thanks to Dr.Khan, Foothills Hospital, Foothills Hospice Society, Siksika Homecare, and all who sent Rennie their prayers and well wishes. Our family is very overwhelmed with the love and support we received in Rennie’s last days please forgive us if we missed anyone.
