It’s with great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Rebecca Ann Yvette RAW EATER on March 4th in Calgary, Alberta at 36 years. Rebecca was born in Calgary, Alberta on August 2, 1986. Rebecca is reunited with her grandparents Pius and Margaret Three Suns, and Rev. Dick and Cecilia Raw Eater. Becca (aka)was a mother, and a daughter, sister, niece and a friend. She is survived by her dad Stanley and two lovely daughters Abigail and Aliza. She is survived by her siblings; Kevin, Tulsa, Rochelle, Alison, Melissa, and Jules all of Calgary, Daniel, Charles, and Charlene of Siksika. Becca will be greatly missed by her by numerous Aunts and Uncles: on  paternal side: Frank, Stanford (Karen), Alvin, Wesley. Her maternal side: Chief Vincent, Eddie , Irwin, Dwayne, Sheldon, Carter. Her aunts: Eve, Sylvia, Vicki, Donna RE, Donna LL, Naomi, Sarah.
Rebecca comes from a large family and likely we will forget some names, but we apologize in advance. The Raw Eater, Brass, Yellow Old Woman, Mayfield, Winnepeg, Three Suns, Yellow Horse, Water Chief, Red Crow, Good Eagle, Eagle Speaker, Black Rider.
Becca was predeceased by her moms Sandra and Rhoda as well her aunts Julia, Emily, Emma, Joyce, Albertine, Rose, Miri, Ribby, Shenilla, Elizabeth, and her uncles Henry, Donnie, Dean, Micheal, Ricky, Johnny, and Eugene plus numerous other family members.
The wake and funeral will be both held at the Gordon “Piiksapii” Yellow Fly Memorial Arbour. The wake will commence at 6pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023 and the funeral will start at 11am Friday March 17, 2023.
