Randal Ross Robinson

Randy Robinson of Brooks, AB, our father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend to many, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 3rd at the age of 67.

Randy was born to Violet and Marvin Robinson in Brooks. He attended school in Brooks and after finishing high school, went on to work mostly in the oil patch. Randy lived his whole life in Brooks and made many friendships through work and his personal life. He was a kind and humble man, lived a simple life, and would give the shirt off his back. 

Family meant a lot to him and he would always inquire about everyone's wellbeing. He always said, "Life is Good" and he was genuinely happy. 

Randy was predeceased by his parents Violet and Marvin Robinson, brother Dean, and daughter Giselle. He is survived by his daughter Lori, son Gilbert, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, siblings Carol Robinson, Shirley Kobitz, and Brent Robinson, and their families. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 15th at 2:00 pm at Thoms Funeral Home; 477 Margaret Ave E, Duchess, AB. Please feel free to come and honor Randy and share memories with the family.
