It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joseph Lee spotted Eagle on September 15th, 2023 in Calgary Alberta. Joey was a handsome, athletic, outgoing, free spirt. Joseph was predeceased by his father, Joey Wasacase and mother, Elaine “Giggles” Spotted Eagle; aunts and uncles, Sandra Spotted Eagle, Rocky Spotted Eagle, Frisco Spotted Eagle and Judy Spotted Eagle; nephews, Trey Spotted Eagle and Ryan Spotted Eagle. He is survived by his children Tylisha Spotted Eagle, Theron Spotted Eagle, Tacoma Spotted Eagle and Heaven-Lee Spotted Eagle; granddaughter, Deja Spotted Eagle; brothers Tony Spotted Eagle (Roberta Cardinal), Cliffton Spotted Eagle, Dustin Spotted Eagle, Kenneth Spotted Eagle; step father Cliffton Flamond (Roberta Pelletier); aunts, Colleen Little Light, Georgia Spotted Eagle, Karen Little Light; uncle Thurman Little Light; cousin Melvin Little Light (Chasity Blackbird); nieces and nephews Alexis spotted eagle, Michael Spotted Eagle, Elaine Spotted Eagle, Serlous Spotted Eagle, Jaylene Spotted Eagle and Kayleb Left Hand. Wake Service for Joey will be held at Gordon Yellowfly Memorial Arbour on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 6:00 PM. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 23 at St. Graveside Service to follow at Paul Little Walker Cemetery, Siksika Nation.
