Jackson Rabbit Carrier - Blackhorse of Siksika Nation, Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 at the age of 41. He was Born on September 9th, 1980. Wake services will be held at Mike and Connie Rabbit Carriers residence @6pm on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 and the Funeral Service to be followed at Mike and Connie's Residence on Thursday, October 14, 2021 @1pm. Jackson was a wonderful father to all his kids and loved them so very much. He was an amazing son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He loved his parents and his siblings and would always text them and see how they were doing. His favourite line “Can I borrow some money; I’ll owe you back.” He loved his nieces and nephews a lot and would always help them or be there for them when they needed it. He always went out of his way to take care of his grandparents and make sure they had everything they needed. He loved his fires and his Barbecues, always inviting everyone out to come and enjoy it with him, and filling the night with laughter and love. Jackson always wanted to be like his dad and carry his last name, he would always say that he was a “Blackhorse” and he said it with such pride. His memory will live on through his children, siblings, parents and grandparents. He will be greatly missed by everyone whose life he has touched. He is survived by his partner Farrah Axe-Holloway; his Children: Chante Cayenne, Cazy Rabbit Carrier, Kansas Young, Wyatt Callahoo, Namika Rabbit Carrier, Kirea Rabbit Carrier, and Ashton Rabbit Carrier; His Parents: Leonard Jr. Blackhorse and Rhoda Rabbit Carrier; Grandparents: Michael and Constance Rabbit Carrier, Grandma Liz Scout; His Siblings: Crystal (Shon), Warren (Carla), and Melissa (Ben) Mario (Kimberley), Matthew, Devin; His Nieces and Nephews: Christian, Teya, Ravin, Chance, Dylan, Tenaya, Benjamin jr., Isaiah, Brittney, Trista, Kingsley, Haze, Leighton, Blaze, Lucas; His Great Niece and Nephew: Prizm, Zairon; His Aunts, Uncles; Fred (Pam), Elroy (Lennie), Maureen, Keith, Marisa (Danny), Delphine, Aunt Alexandra, Ann Rabbit Carrier/Clement, Rhoda Rabbit Carrier, Uncle Tom, Uncle Robin Bigsnake, Uncle Leonard and Relatives. Predeceased by; Grandparents: Leonard Blackhorse Sr., Marina Blackhorse; Aunts and Uncles: Vivian Blackhorse, Lenora Blackhorse, Bradley Blackhorse sr., Jody Blackhorse, Ivan (Bronco) Blackhorse.
