Frank Brass

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our loving father, Frank Merlin Brass of Siksika Nation, AB. on Friday, November 5, 2021. Frank was born April 13, 1963, in Bassano, AB. He was 58 years old.

Frank is survived by his loving children Ashton (Keith), Kyle, grandchildren Taylynn, Taneah, special niece Kezlynn, best friend Sandra, and mother of children Roxanne Bull. His siblings, Delbert, Roberta, Francine, Vivian (Franklin), Stella, Kevin, Jaylan (Sherry), aunties- Evelyn, Lydia Brass, Rose Red Gun, Daisy Smith, and Angie Ayoungman.

Frank was predeceased by his parents Robert and Rita Brass, sister Linda Brass, brother Peter Brass, grandparents Richard (Dick) & Emma Brass, Mike & Elizabeth Peace Maker, uncles- Irvine, Morris, Jonathon & Ron Brass, Wally Majores, Homer, Mike, Harvey Peace Maker and John Mayfield, aunties- Violet, Ruth, Rosemarie, Pauline Brass, Sylvia Water Chief, Racheal, Lorraine Peace Maker. Extended families; Raw Eater, Maguire, Big Old Man, Wright, Stimson, Breaker, Axe, Pretty Young Man, Poor Eagle, and Bear Chief. The family would like to apologize if they missed anyone.

Wake service will be at the residence of Stella Brass on Thursday, November 11, 2021 @6pm. A celebration of life will be held at St. John the Devine Anglican Church on Friday, November 12, 2021, @ 1 pm. Graveside service to follow at Paul Little Walker Cemetery, Siksika Nation, AB. Drive-by feast to follow at the burial site.
