Delphine Young was born in Siksika Nation on May 14th, 1950, to very proud parents Victor Old Woman and Jessie Fox. Delphine left to be with the Lord on March 16th, 2023. Delphine was a quiet, gentle lady that believed in her Christian ways. Delphine loved hosting camp meetings she held one at her home and was close with Johnny Curtis and Jim Felix. Delphine had many Christian families and traveled to many ministries with her late sister Julia. Delphine was a loving mother, sister, aunty and friend she grew up in Siksika, where she had many family and friends.
She will be lovingly remembered by her family, daughter Bobbi Jo Old Woman; Brothers and sisters Wayne (Veronica), Joseph, Jesse, Baxter, Claudia (Joe), Melvina (Clifford), Grandchildren; numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins. Delphine was predeceased by her parents Victor Old Woman and Jessie Fox; Children: Dawn, Tanya, Josie, Benjamin, William, and Jamie. Brothers and sisters Kessler Old Woman, Morris Old Woman, Frank (Clara) Big Tobacco, Julia Fox, Rena Maguire, Delia (Marvin) White eagle, Ann (Jasper) Many Heads, Irma Wolf Child. The family apologizes for anyone we may have missed.
