David James Wolfleg

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of David James Wolfleg, which occurred in Calgary on May 10, 2021. He was 33 years old. He is survived by his father and mother Trevor and Laverne Bullbear, and his siblings Jackson Dennis, Russell and Tylor Wolfleg, Travis, Daunte, Tiffany, Tenille and Shauntel Bullbear and nephews and nieces Kalandin, Tessa and Nisheya Bullbear and Armin Holmwood. He will also be missed by his foster family Andrew, Edith, Joe (Robyn), Patrick (Tim) McKnight and Tara (Dwayne) Holmwood. He was predeceased by his mother Trudy Wolfleg, brother Kyle Bullbear and other members of his extended family. David grew up in the Fort Saskatchewan, AB area and attended school at Ardrossan and Sherwood Park. He was very sociable, had many friends and loved his brothers and sisters. He enjoyed skating, listening to music and excelled at art. He will be missed by his many friends and family including his family in New Mexico who loved him very much. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
