Heaven opened its gates and welcomed our mom, Carol Ann Kromrey (McCallum), on November 12, 2020. Carol passed away from complications from cancer, in Brooks, AB. As everyone knows, Carol was fiesty, stubborn, independent but also so warm and generous. Carol will forever be remembered by her son, Todd (Angie), and her daughter, Rhonda (Jeremy) and by her grandchildren, Miki, Rain, Sky, Keegan, Kooper. A good friend of mom's shared this quote with us "For every tear that fills our eyes, a thousand sunbeams wait to shine, for every storm that rolls our way, a rainbow lingers." Mom had shared it with her when she needed support and comfort. Mom, we love you, and miss you...be at peace.
