Arthur Lauren Big Old Man

The family of Arthur (Archie) Lauren Big Old Man are deeply saddened to announce his passing on April 12, 2023, at the age of 53. Arthur was born in the Holy Cross Hospital in Calgary, AB on August 17, 1969. He is survived by his mother Donna Little Light. His children Jarredd (Edith), Blake (Erica), Logan (Cynthia), Dallynn, Tia, and Alvin. His grandchildren Logan Jr, DaShae, Laken, Elayna, and Jayce. Brothers Garrett (Vivian), Jody, and sister Stacey (Glenn). Arthur has numerous nieces and nephews.
Art was a caring, empathetic man who was known for his humor and sarcasticness. He had a great love for the USA. He frequently traveled to Great Falls, Las Vegas, and Spokane. Art also loved hockey, baseball, golf, and pool. He enjoyed playing hockey with the Siksika Deerfoot Old Timers and rec hockey with Siksika Housing. His was #88. Art played baseball with the Silverados and also played in many different pool leagues.
Art was employed for many years by Siksika Housing, Siksika Public Works, Siksika Public Safety, and Siksika Plumbing.
